About Grace Improvements

We established Grace Improvements as a way of supplying top quality products alongside friendly, reliable, personal service. We do not adopt the pressure selling techniques that are commonly associated with purchasing home improvements.

Our process.

Once you have contacted us you will receive a prompt response to arrange a free survey visit at a convenient time. At that point we will take measurements and discuss the parameters for your project. We can cover design options and answer any questions that you need resolving. We take your ideas with us to accurately price your project, no pressure selling on the day. We will then contact you offering you the price and if you wish to proceed a contract is drawn up with a 7 day cooling off period. It is at this point that we will ask for a deposit and the remaining balance will not be collected until satisfactory completion. We will endeavour to provide you with an accurate timeframe within which your product will be installed.

We are approachable throughout your time with us and we will do our upmost to help you with every element of your project. If it is not too late in the manufacturing process and you wish to make changes, we are happy to do so for you.

After your products have been installed you will recieve a pack that will contain any relevent information such as your insurance documents or energy efficiency certificate.
